TASTING NOTES
TEZ is Bojo do Luar’s most complex skin contact wine to date, blending Arinto, Avesso, and Alvarinho from an exceptionally ripe vintage. Hand-harvested and fermented naturally in traditional clay amphoras, the wine undergoes extended skin contact until January, building texture and depth while preserving the bright acidity typical of the region. The result is a vibrant, layered white with remarkable freshness, complexity, and a true sense of place. Flavors of peach play on a field of tea leaves with a hint of smoke on a nicely textured finish. Enjoy this orange with a grilled chicken salad or a falafel sandwich with baba ganoush.
