TASTING NOTES

This wine comes from a historic vineyard near the Tâmega River in northern Portugal, where a mix of grape varieties is grown together the old-fashioned way. The four freshest, most vibrant grapes were picked by hand, gently fermented in clay amphorae, and stabilized with chestnut flower—a nod to ancient monastic traditions. It’s unfiltered, full of character, and rooted in centuries of winemaking history. It has aromas of dark cherry, plum, and a whisper of spice with a balance of rich fruit flavors and earthy undertones.
