Along with beeswax, the Bonny Doon Beeswax Vineyard Picpoul exudes a discreet scent of white flowers and pineapple. But while the scent is subtle, the wine's bracing acidity and its unique savoriness strike the palate. A discernible quality of brininess makes this wine an excellent match for all manners of crustacean and molluscan variety.
