This crisp and refreshing orange wine macerates on the skins for around 60 days before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. It has flavors of dried apricot and peach with floral nuances, a tad of orange zest and moderate tannin for a bit of texture. This low intervention wine is delicious on its own but will also pair nicely with bibimbap, Indian curry dishes or Moroccan tagines.
