TASTING NOTES

This light red is a delicious bistro style blend. Each variety is vinified separately to highlight its character before blending with fermentation and maturation in a mix of concrete, stainless steel, and seasoned oak. The result is a bright, juicy red bursting with crunchy red berries, wild cherry, and subtle spice, underpinned by lively acidity and fine, silky tannin. Fresh, versatile and equally enjoyable lightly chilled or at cellar temperature, it's a delicious, food-friendly wine suited to everything from charcuterie and roast chicken to grilled vegetables and casual weeknight dinners.
