TASTING NOTES

This Loire inspired blend has aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach and fresh flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing, offering flavors of citrus, Asian pear and stone fruit with lively acidity and a delicate hint of saline minerality. It's extemely food friendly and can be enjoyed with a simple ham and cheese sandwich or scrambled eggs with chives.
