Brij Wines, named in tribute to winemaker Rajat Parr’s father, is his heartfelt homage to the San Luis Obispo Coast. By sourcing organic grapes from heritage vines grown by friends across the AVA, Rajat crafts these wines through a spirit of exploration and collaboration. The Oso is a vibrant, medium-bodied red blend crafted from Rhône varietals. It opens with bright notes of cherry and strawberry, while a floral finish lingers with refreshing acidity and soft, dusty tannins. Perfect alongside lamb gyros or your go-to salty chips.
