Made in Brooklyn, New York, the rice is grown & polished in California and Arkansas using the finest water from NY.  This Sake is full bodied, earthy, and dry with umami and subtle notes of banana and ripe melon. Try with grilled cheese, cured meats, or smoky cheeses. 

Brooklyn Kura focuses on producing limited production Namazake (unpasteurized) sake which retains texture and vibrancy often lost with pasteurization, so be sure to refrigerate after buying.
