Callet is a red wine varietal native to the island of Mallorca. It is often described as having a Mediterranean character, with bright acidity and minerality, that reflect the island's rocky soils. The Can Majora is light to medium-bodied with aromas of cherry, delicate herbal nuances and tobacco leaves. The palate is fresh and supple, showing red forest berry confit, soft tannin, bright acidity and a dry, lightly earthy finish. Enjoy this red with a fillet mignon or a chicken paella.
