TASTING NOTES 

This Sardinian red offers bright, lifted aromas of red berry, cherry and wild herbs with a touch of warm spice. Juicy red plum and raspberry are carried by a faint whisper of smoke, unfolding on the palate with gentle tannins and a salty Mediterranean vibe. This rustic red pairs well with grilled foods, such as lamb or sausages, a hearty stew or aged Pecorino cheese.
