Since 2010, the estate has been dedicated to producing wines, combining rural traditions with the innovative vision of the new generations without invasive interventions or the use of chemicals. This ethereal nebbiolo is harmonious and complex on the nose with red berry fruits and subtle balsamic spice notes combined with damp earth. It is savory, warm, and well-structured, with cherry cola flavors, dried wildflowers, and a hint of tar on the finish. Pair this with a traditional tajarin with sausage ragù or cured meats and mature cheeses.
