TASTING NOTES

This lush pinot gris has a bit of oak aging and extended lees contact, adding depth and evolving layers of flavor. It opens with scents of ripe pear complemented by citrus and slate. An enticing palate reveals honeysuckle blossom, orchard fruits and baked apple slices with lingering notes of crushed rock. It would make an ideal pairing with a goat cheese tart with fresh herbs or Dungeness crab with lemon aioli.
