TASTING NOTES

A complicated vintage from start to finish: early, wet then dry, the vines of this splendid terroir required constant work to convert these delicate conditions into extra soul. The harvest was very qualitative, even if not abundant, offering ripe tannins and an exceptional mineral structure. This is the most accomplished Chapelle de Potensac ever produced. Gourmet and structured, its flirtatious sweetness perfectly dresses a taut structure and refreshing acidity. - Winemaker's Notes
