This Gamay is light to medium-bodied and beautifully vibrant. The palate delivers a juicy core of crushed red fruits, including cherry, plum and boysenberry, supported by zesty acidity and fine, barely-there tannins. There's a distinctive crunchy, stemmy freshness, a nod to carbonic maceration, balanced by a savory, stony edge that adds lift and complexity. Serve with a slight chill and enjoy with a lentil salad with fresh herbs and goat cheese or a mushroom pizza.
