TASTING NOTES

Bathed by the sun and swept by the mistral on a flat plain that is rich in limestone, this Southern Rhône blend has a fragrant nose of ripe black and blue fruits, garrigue and suggestions of smoked meat. Flavors of cherry, black currant and forrest floor are underscored by gentle acidity, spiciness and a lingering smokiness with smooth tannins. This French bistro wine will be a tasty companion to braised meats, pot roast or roasted herb vegetables.
