TASTING NOTES
Pale colour with delicate hints of peach. The nose opens with aromas of vine peach and pear, delicately underscored by a hint of citrus fruit (tangerine). On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced, combining generosity and roundness. The fresh, tangy finish reveals notes of nectarine, fresh red fruit (wild strawberries) and an elegant hint of yuzu zest. This Gassier rosé would go perfectly with a salmon/mango poke bowl, grilled prawn skewers and Provençal vegetables “à la plancha”, or can be enjoyed as an aperitif. -Winemaker's Notes
