TASTING NOTES

This Bergerac Sec has a nice, round body with glorious aromas of acacia blossom and lemon-lime fruit with a hint of honey. Under temperature control, the lees are removed and are allowed to oxygenate for one to three weeks adding more depth and body to the wine. The result shows bursting flavors of ripe, spiced apple, zesty citrus, light tropical notes and a hint of white floral aromatics backed with a fine layer of acidity. Crisp, fresh and vibrantly fruity, it's a lovely solo sipper or would be delicious with a Sunday brunch spread.
