TASTING NOTES 

Hermance and Ernest Bourmault founded the family vineyard in 1870. Since then, no fewer than six generations have remained faithful to the values ​​of the land. The wine estate in Avize is located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs and is one of the historic villages of Chardonnay cultivation. This exceptional location allows the development of a champagne with a fine, subtle and elegant palate. It has a floral nose of hawthorn, honeysuckle, and wallflower. Upon aeration, it reveals brioche notes of candied lemon, pear, toasted hazelnut and a melted finish with evolved aromatic nuances. -Winemaker's Notes
