Cigliano di Sopra is a partnership between Maddelena Fucile and Matteo Vaccari that began in 2016. Coming from the younger vines of the estate, the Ciglianello is a beautiful example of the drinkability of Sangiovese when it is treated with a gentle hand. This charming Tuscan blend has delicate scents of crushed berries and dried florals. Full of bright, juicy energy, this blend features a lovely combination of ripe, sweet fruit (raspberry & cherry), fresh roses, spice, and subtle herbal tones, all wrapped in silky tannin. It's light to medium bodied, food versatile and an affable bottle to take to a dinner party.
