His estate is a thriving ecosystem, with meticulously tended vineyards that flourish alongside cherry trees, white geese, livestock, grains, and olives. His Montepulciano is brimming with fresh plum, sour cherry, and blackberry flavors, lifted by violets and earthy spice, with a silky, smooth texture that begs for grilled meats, ragùs, or sausage pizza.
