A surfer at heart, Claus Preisinger has been passionately making wine on the picturesque north shore of Lake Neusiedl in the charming Burgenland town of Gols since the year 2002. In a notable move towards sustainability, he converted the vineyards and winery to biodynamic production in 2006, and today he proudly holds the prestigious Respekt Biodyn certification.
