Clos de Bernardi’s Patrimonio Blanc de Blancs captures the wild, sun-drenched character of northern Corsica. Crafted from Vermentino grown in limestone-rich soils, it’s a bright, elegantly textured white with lifted aromas of citrus blossom, pear and wild herbs. The palate is fresh and finely etched, offering vibrant lemon, green apple and a whisper of salinity that reflects its coastal terroir. Clean, mineral and beautifully poised, it pairs effortlessly with shellfish, grilled fish, Mediterranean salads or soft-ripened cheeses.
