Clos de Bernardi’s Patrimonio Crème de Tête Rouge is a refined, concentrated expression of Niellucciu, shaped by the limestone hills and maritime breezes of northern Corsica. Deeply aromatic, it opens with notes of black cherry, wild strawberry, dried herbs and a touch of warm spice. The palate is poised and structured, combining vibrant red-fruit purity with fine, chalky tannins and subtle hints of leather and earth. A long, savory, mineral-driven finish highlights the wine’s elegance and coastal lift. It will be delightful with herb-roasted lamb, grilled pork, charcuterie or aged sheep’s milk cheeses.
