Founded by four friends, Clos Des Fous was tired of hearing the negativity surrounding Chilean wine and set out to create something different. Clos Des Fous focuses on producing wines with tension from grapes grown in extreme terroir with minimal intervention in the winery. Also, "Pour Ma Gueule" translates to "For my Mouth" in French and we think that is an apt name for this luscious Pinot Noir. This wine's bouquet will surely have you pondering aspects of strawberry, rose petal and slight licorice while flavors of blackberry, bing cherry and vanilla impress the palate. Pair this alongside duck rillette, mushroom polenta or German chocolate cake.
