Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat have been growing organically and without using additives for over twenty years. The labor of their love reveals wines that are true to their terroir, the climate they came from as well as the vintage's character. The La Butte showcases aromas of black currant, fresh plum, dewy violets and wet stone.  The palate follows with dried fruit, vibrant raspberry and cherry wood all framed by underlying earth and energetic minerality. Serve this one slightly chilled with Korean BBQ, or swordfish kabobs with balsamic glaze.
