TASTING NOTES

Slightly earthy aromas play with flavors of laurel, peach, Meyer lemon and white fig, with nuances of white pepper, dried herbs and forest notes. It's a crisp, dry white and can be sipped on it's own or with grilled chicken salads, caprese salad or a grilled tuna sandwich.
