TASTING NOTES

Husband and wife team, Mirco and Gloria Gottardi, established Contra Soarda in 2002 with the desire to create a deeper tie to their native land. Made on the hills of Breganze on volcanic soils, this indigenous white has a citrus bouquet of grapefruit, lemon and fresh grass. It's soft and round on the palate with stone fruit, a splash of lemon, crushed stone and zippy acidity. Delicious just on its own, it also pairs well with anything with asparagus or fried seafood.
