The 'Selvecorte' Fiano presents aromas of orange blossom, acacia honey and linden, followed by a full-bodied palate of poached pear, spiced apple and toasted hazelnut with a rich texture and a creamy, savory finish. With bottle age, this mature Fiano has gained remarkable depth and aromatic complexity, balancing its vibrant freshness with layers of flavors that keep evolving and expanding in the glass. It would play nicely with a roasted chicken, a herbed pork loin, Thai green curry or Mozzarella di Bufala.
