Trouselle’s wines are not only beautifully rendered and amazing values, but they are also a glimpse into the future of Burgundy where over-achieving and under-appreciated regions will demonstrate their ability to shine.
The 'En Cré' cuvée is recognized for its elegant expression of Pinot Noir, offering aromas and flavors that reflect the unique terroir of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. It reveals aromas of red berries, violet, and subtle earthiness. Flavors of red currant and vibrant cherry combines with lifted acidity, fine tannin and a clean, mineral-driven finish, making it a versatile choice for various culinary pairings.
