Grillo is a cross of two varieties, Catarratto and Moscato d’Alessandria. This Sicilian white is fragrant and dry with aromas of lemon verbena, honeydew melon, tropical hints and mineral nuances. It has a medium body with notes of citrus, white stone fruits and a savory finish. It can be paired with shellfish, summer vegetable-based dishes or antipasti and fresh cheeses.
