What a lovely vintage 2023 turned out to be and our first vintage in many years that danced on the historic growing norms. This year’s Pinot Noir “Un” is all classic Pinot - red fruited and a dense mineral undertone on the nose of the wine is followed on the palate with ripe strawberry, cherry compote and an earthy forest floor savory character.
