This rosé from 4th generation winemaker's in Rhône Valley is a direct press juice of early morning harvested fruit of Grenache, Syrah & splash of Viognier to add texture and subtle aromatics. Extended lees contact during the vinification process results in a soft but juicy wine with notes of fresh strawberries, peaches and citrus peel. Pair this silky wine with a goat cheese arugula salad at your next picnic!
