Domaine de la Chevalerie ‘Galichets’ 2015 Bourgueil is a beautifully matured expression of Cabernet Franc from gravelly Loire Valley soils. With nearly a decade of age, it reveals layered aromas of ripe cherry, plum and dried herbs, accented by hints of graphite and forest floor. The palate is supple and harmonious, showing refined tannins, balanced acidity and a long, mineral finish that speaks to both the vintage’s depth and the domaine’s timeless craftsmanship.
