TASTING NOTES

This fresh, natural white blends Vermentino and Roussanne. The nose is bright with lemon zest, white pear, acacia blossom and a hint of herbal minerality. On the palate, it's zesty and textured with citrus, white peach and subtle spice. Crisp acidity from the Vermentino balances the roundness and grip from the skin-contact Roussanne. The finish is clean, lightly saline and refreshing and would pair superbly with zucchini, goat cheese and herb frittata or grilled artichokes with aioli.
