TASTING NOTES   
Winemaker Marc Ollivier is quite the rebel. He farms organically, keeps his yields low and hand harvests, which is not the norm for this region. In fact, he is producing Muscadets that can actually undergo some aging, also unheard of in this region. Light and zippy, this summer white has a delicate aroma of lemongrass, honeydew and bread fruit with flavors of green apple, lemon zest and sea salt. Pair this alongside oysters, moules frites or a grilled cheese.
