TASTING NOTES

Brothers, Romain and Damien Bouchard are the team behind Domaine de l'Enclos. They grew up in their father's winery working alongside him from a very young age in Chablis and in 2018 launched their own Domaine. This unoaked Chardonnay has a suggestive nose of juicy yellow fruit, white flowers and wet stone. A silky mouth feel leaves lingering flavors of ripe pear, lemon zest, chalky flint and balanced acidity. A classic pairing, for these mineral-driven, high acid wines, are chicken tarragon, sushi or cream sauces with fish or poultry.
