TASTING NOTES
This skin-contact Chenin Blanc is hand-harvested and macerated whole-bunch for a month before pressing. It shows fleshy stone fruit, salted Bosc pear and orange pith, with a medium-bodied, textured palate. Bright acidity and a zesty citrus lift carry through to the finish, giving the wine its name. Captivating and food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with roasted white meats, root vegetables and creamy cheeses.
