Rooted in a family passion passed down since the 18th century, Domaine Francis Blanchet is guided by a deep respect for tradition—both in the vineyard and its surrounding environment. This commitment to heritage and quality continues from the way they care for the vines to the wines they craft. In that spirit, this vintage reflects the time-honored blending practices once common in local cellars, uniting the character of our three terroirs: Kimmeridgian marl, Barrois limestone, and flint clay. The nose opens with notes of ripe peach and apricot, while the palate remains elegant and precise, carried by a lively minerality. Ideal as an aperitif, it also complements dishes such as pan-fried scallops or guinea fowl in a creamy sauce.
