A luminous expression of the Loire Valley's renowned terroir, this rosé is crafted from Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes grown in the cool, continental climate of Cheverny. The limestone, clay and sandy soils of the region contribute to the wine's distinctive minerality and structure. Light strawberry-red currant sorbet flavors refresh the palate with mineral nuances and a subtle red fruit citrus finish. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a garden salad with ripened strawberries and goat cheese.
