Romorantin is a little-known white grape, grown almost exclusively in the Cour-Cheverny appellation of the Loire Valley, known for its mineral-driven expression and pronounced acidity. It offers aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers layered with subtle flinty notes. The palate is taut and energetic, marked by vibrant acidity, saline minerality, and flavors of tart pear and citrus peel, finishing clean, focused and refreshingly dry.
