This charming cuvée opens with aromas of red and black wild berries with underpinnings of thyme, bay leaf and allspice. A vibrant mineral streak frames flavors of Morello cherry, red currant and raspberry, accented by savory spice nuances and silky tannin. Clean and playful, it's an ideal food wine, especially alongside pork tenderloin, roasted vegetables or grilled salmon.
