TASTING NOTES
The Toc flaunts aromas of black fruits dusted with notes of violets and dried Provençal herbs. Fresh and lively with a juicy attack, there is a wild cherry and blackberry exchange on the palate with a slightly sweet spice that draws you in. The tannins are very smooth backed by vibrant acidity with a lingering fruity finish. It sees a bit of semi-carbonic maceration lending to its lush, suave character.
