Complex and distinctive, this Jura white displays aromas of preserved citrus, toasted nuts and savory spice. The palate is layered and textured with notes of orchard fruit, dried apple, minerality and a slight oxidative character leading to a long, nuanced finish. Sip with a simple cheese plate of aged Comté and Morbier or savor with a decadent dish of Coq au vin Jaune with morel mushrooms served over creamy mashed potatoes.
