TASTING NOTES

Made using the same method as Champagne, Methode Champenoise, this sparkling white from Jura has soft bubbles with notes of green apple, citrus zest and white flowers, opening up to richer notes of fresh brioche and poached pear. It has a delicate mouth feel and would be a fantastic aperitif before dinner.
