This superbly balanced mixing rum is aged for at least 3 years in 45-gallon ex-bourbon oak casks, then twice filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity. Charcoal filtering removes heavy oak and dark molasses, leaving a bright medley of fresh coconut, creamy almond, with a slightly sweet citrus zest. Its incredibly smooth and unique flavour profile is ideal for all cocktails – especially the Caribbean and South American styles.
