Emilio Bulfon is known in Friuli for dedicating his career to the rediscovery of ancestral indigenous varietals and producing wines that express the pure characteristics of the grapes. Sciaglín, a white varietal, dates back to the 14th century. Complex and interesting, it has an intense nose of lemon peel, orange blossom and delicate white flowers. It’s herbaceous with stone fruits, green apple skin and peach on the palate accompanied by enough acidity to appear fresh and salty.
