Josef and Eva Maria Bauer run Weingut Familie Bauer in the Wagram wine-growing region of Austria. They focus on producing high-quality wines while being environmentally conscious, using green cover crops to enhance natural landscape diversity, which in turn reflects the terroir in their wines. Roter Veltliner is a regional specialty, and the Bauers are known for showcasing its full potential.
