Farina Gran Colegiata Reserva offers a polished expression of Toro, with deep black fruit, subtle oak spice and a refined earthy warmth. On the palate, it’s structured yet smooth, balancing ripe blackberry and plum fruit with hints of tobacco, vanilla and dried herbs. It finishes long and savory, calling for braised lamb shanks, Moroccan tagines or anything with rosemary or thyme.
