This old vine Mencía based blend is a charming, lighter style red with scents of red berry fruit, violet, dried Mediterranean herbs and rocky minerality. An energetic and captivating palate offers flavors of boysenberry, red plum, raspberry and savory herbal spice with bright acidity, fine tannin and a mineral, saline-driven finish. Enjoy this refined red with cured, salty meats, grilled sardines or roasted pork chops.
