The palate is concentrated and structured with dark fruit, firm tannin and fresh acidity. It's delightfully delicious, crafted by a man who is known as the "Hermit of Monforte" who only releases his wines when they are ready. His focus is longer-term appeal rather than immediate commercial success and they are well worth the wait! Flavio's wines are a true love letter to the grape and the art of vinification.
